GROUPS

A therapy group is fertile ground for personal growth. Group tends to cost less than individual therapy and offers feedback from peers as well as a therapist. Many people are unsure of what to expect in a group but ultimately find it to be extremely beneficial. Like individual therapy, group is a confidential space.

 

A WOMEN'S GROUP

This group is for women who are interested in self-development and a greater sense of empowerment in daily life. We will explore our relationship with ourselves and how this impacts the way we see the world and experience life. Through inquiry, dialogue, and guided practices, our aim is to know ourselves more deeply and experience a greater sense of well being, alongside other women in a shared, confidential space.
